House Wrens


 House Wrens

 tiny birds; bright song
 rising to creation, sun
 reminder of life

 and its rich meaning.
 one bird trapped in hot greenhouse;
 gentle hands release

 perched safely on spruce
 seems to forget her struggle
 sings sweetly again
